It's beyond frustrating when I have watched more than 100 actions fail and yet here I am wanting to buy the home!

I'll admit this post came partly out of frustration after a recent meeting with a mortgage lender. 

Personally, I am frustrated that the big banks escaped the crisis without any of their management being held accountable for their reckless actions.

finally after almost 6 months in getting my credit scores up to par...I have a little cash saved, andnow it seems I keep running into sellers that are playing games...ie List for 62.5 k...then when I madean offer of 60k...she countered with 64.5k...getting frustrated with trying to negociate buying...thisis not the first time....its happening over and over again since January with varius properties and differentrealtors...any advice?

What frustrates me is when listing agents take on a listing knowing it's an investment property and yet do not include any of the basic information on the listing itself.

No getting frustrated wondering why I cant get someone to return my call.

Save yourself some gas and frustration.

The 15 year schedule is the most frustrating.
