For those who have purchased

I see here that some have purchased several reo's from chase.  Did you wait until it hit mls because you had to?  If not then I'd like a contact #.  I have spoke to Chase who sent me to the reo site which in turn listed 4 asset mgrs.  I called ea one and found the home just before it got shipped off.  So here we are a month into them releasing the home to another asset mgr and the receiving asset mgr has yet to see the home in their database.

The home has been on auction.com for a yr and they simply tell me to make an offer with the bank...can't do that if I don't have the number and none of the ones I have tried seem to work...or better yet how do I find an agent who deals with chase reo homes so that I can present an offer directly?

I am willing to purchase the home at their list price.  It's beyond frustrating when I have watched more than 100 actions fail and yet here I am wanting to buy the home!
