Last time I filed an eviction here in NJ it apparently turned up before the court date and the tenants showed up with the money pleading for me to rescind and write a letter saying it was all a mistake as they had a new place all lined up but the eviction case was causing a problem.Now I have a tenant acting all psycho, not responding to emails or calls, and I think she's going to withhold rent and force me to eviction court so she can tell someone how awful we are that her apartment was in the 60's when the entire east coast was frozen.

I would inform the guest that the list is frozen at some point and any further desires can be submitted via letter and rent price will be discussed as well.

Unfortunately, they appear to be going through serious liquidity issues and have informed clients that their fundings are frozen for the next 1-2 months, they parted ways with their legendary CEO Bill Tessar on Friday (who had just been interviewed on the latest episode of "On the Market"), and if I had to guess it would appear they are fading out of the business....

It's less of a problem in Riverside, but in areas with cold weather they are susceptible to frozen pipes and other problems.It's a cheap product and easy to buy, but you'll be buying it for cash flow and not appreciation.

Here is a list of some of the equipment we keep on hand:- mobile AC units (looks like a dehumidifier)- electric heaters (several, because I don't like frozen water pipes)- shop vac- puddle sucker pump comlete with long discharge hose and extension cord- carpet fans- 30" squegees on a broom stick handle- ozone generatorYour ability to respond within hours and show up with first aid keeps your tenants on your side, becaus they pysically see the steps you take.

Then we find out the gas company Red Tagged the property for having a leak in Dec way before we purchased the property, which we didn't know and we were paying large gas bills which we thought was due to the heater being on while the contractors were working and so the pipes don't get frozen during winter (we live in California what do we know).
