Hi AlI am originally from Miami, there is a boom in the Doral area, but there seems to be a lot of competition, the west coast of south Florida is beaming and ready for an expansion, most of the people concentrate on the east coast from West Palm Beach down to Miami.

This sort of expansion is occurring in the inexpensive marginal areas in various parts of the city and there's money to be made.
