Hello BP community,Not sure if this is the correct forum, but figured I would ask.I currently live in a SFH with finished basement with a separate entrance and bathroom.

Make sure if an entrance door that you have a proper threshold installed and that you have the proper exterior caulking that will not crack or shrink sealing the outside to keep water out.Doors are a first line of defense into a unit and are often neglected for maintenance.  

Doors or windows2- Ceiling 7ft tall in 50% of the sqft3- 1 method of egress other than the entrance point (seems redundant)4- 70+ sqft with all measurements being 7ft+

The challenge is that it's in a small town near the entrance to Yellowstone Park and we do not have a maid service to take care of things.

There seems to always be someone ready to rent when they have a private entrance, private bath, and cheap.

The three commercial spaces face the Main st and the entrances to the residential are off the side street.I am not concerned with filling up the residential spaces.
