This is my first post on BP, I was at the BP conference last week and I was inspired by the enthusiasm and excitement of everyone during the two day conference !

His wife and daughter were with him and the conversation was so charged with energy and enthusiasm that it sparked an interest I did not expect to see in my daughter this early in my process, but it has been absolutely wonderful.

I am shameless and bold and just introduce myself to people even though I feel like I have nothing to offer other than enthusiasm. 

I’m a passionate, optimistic & dedicated young man who takes up responsibilities with utmost enthusiasm and see to it that I complete my tasks and goals in time.

@Jordan GeorgeTo help balance Chad's transplanted enthusiasm -  and as someone who invests and does business in both countries - you can do well investing in Canada, it will just take a little more work.   

The best part is, I'm having a blast while doing it.I think my enthusiasm caught the eye of some local real estate brokers, who are also property owners thinking of switching from long term tenants to AirBnB.

Beware there are a lot of folks you'll meet who want to capitalize on your enthusiasm.
