New BP member in Atlanta looking to network!
Hello BiggerPockets! My name is Sean O'Connor and I'm a 28 year old aspiring investor from Atlanta with hopes of having at least 100 plus units by the end of next year. I am looking to network with investors, contractors, wholesalers, real estate agents, mortgage lenders and potential partners. I would also love to partner with a developer to create APIs/ data scrapers of real estate data to better automate finding and filtering leads. I am focusing the majority of my efforts in Georgia until I have built a foundation and system I can reference for when I start moving into real estate markets in other states. I am great at analyzing deals through proven methods and strategies. I would also like to mention that my father is a CPA with his own accounting firm so if any of you would like to pick his brain I can introduce you.
A little bit more about me, I am an Army veteran with three tours to Afghanistan under my belt. While in the army I deployed on my first tour where I operated as a Human Intelligence collector attached to a Focused Targeting Force. My second and third tours I operated as a counterintelligence specialist with a TS/SCI clearance on two DOD private contracts. Since 2014 I have been working remotely from my home office as a cyber security consultant for Dell Secureworks. I also am the co-founder of a SDVOSB certified government contracting company, COGS LLC. Due to my current working environment I am able to dedicate nearly full-time hours into real estate investing.

@Sean O'Connor Thank you for your service man! I am from south of Atlanta in the Henry County area. I do a lot of business in Cobb County and inside the perimeter as well.
