I swore up and down I wouldn't do what so and so did but then caved under pressure.

A man cave garage may be cool, but you're going for maximum return on investment. 

Still dealing with the aftermath of IRMA here in South Florida, even though I have four large trees completely uprooted and caved into my house and my rentals, I am still counting my blessing the eye wall didn't come through here.Question I have has to do with windstorm coverage for fences.I have two properties on adjacent lots, both rentals. 

Sometimes 1 week of time or more will cause the seller to cave in and do the deal.
