I think they usually give an hour then hit the road.

With the problems they have, any landlord doing a criminal or credit background check on these low-lifes won't touch them.

Can we start building bridges, roads, electric infrastructure, high-speed rail, and large impressive buildings in this country again?

It's good that you would rather start small and work your way up to bigger investments down the road.

After the renovation is complete and you're renting the unit, not having to worry about tracking physical keys is a super convenient perk for residents/guests, and also has the added benefit of minimizing the amount of lockouts and other headaches you'll potentially have to deal with later on down the road.

They are building another section of the same subdivision down the road, but is only for buyers no renters.
