I'm starting to find this thread entertaining with the arguments that a Listing Broker vetting an unrepped buyer is seen as establishing an Agency Relationship.I like to do something called "Thought Experiments" which can at least help me to understand scenarios that are similar and may help work out the complexity.Scenario #1 - FSBO vets BuyersIf a FSBO vets Buyers, does this establishes a implied Agency relationship?!

Combine that with a very steep carried interest and I don't care if this is the deal of the century, because if it was, they would not be so fee heavy and rely more on carried interest.Personally, seeing a lot of underperformance in syndications, I do tend to see an inverse correlation between upfront fees and overall performance.

I use a combination of CashApp and a website/app called "Rent App" which allows 100% free rental payments, and also helps tenants build credit.

The strategy worked great, but without having any experience with the loan product, combined with signing a sales contract that had removed the protections for me regarding contract termination and return of my $10k earnest related to the approval of funding, it made for a very stressful process.
