I had a renter, hardship I didn't charge him deposit, but one months rent....day 2 he became enraged and moved out, broke the breakers, left everything unlocked, broke fixtures insideand demanded his rent back...and was very threatening...this guy thought since he paid no deposit he would get his rent back for not being there...some people do not think normally...be careful

We also ended up replacing all 475 ft of pipe put in 2 check valves that should have been there already but wasn't along with a torque arrester and a new safety line of 475 ft along with new points and dedicated breaker switch all which should have already been there but wasn't the previous owner either got ripped off or cheaped out when it came to putting the well in.

@David Faulkner that is an interesting idea, and I think I would rather travel to a fixed circuit of places rather than a try to find a more obscure way to travel ad work.

If someone goes on a message board and asks how to do it, I say "It's best if you hire an electrician".In reality you pop the breaker and it's 4 screws.

I never had a claim and it just makes your place more expensive to rent.Not having Internet may be a deal breaker for people that are addicted to the internet.I checked and there are only 2 other listings in your area.

I think the interest rate is high but its not a deal breaker, the good thing is that there is no seasoning period and they can cash me out in a few weeks.

The roof, furnace, windows, copper piping & 100 Amp service w/breakers are newer (don't know if that includes wiring throughout).The house is about 15 minute walk to the university area.
