We're vegetarians, almost vegan (avoid dairy), so we've discussed the challenges of raising a child around everyone else being meat-eaters in our circle, we really need to find some vegetarian/vegan friends so he has some little veggie buddies that won't hassle him

The reason I feel a bit conflicted is because a buddy of mine told me "no man, listen to this." and pointed me to a few Grant Cardone videos haha.

Just got my buddy a deal under contract today in Scottsdale.

My buddy and I are starting a partnership together to use our VA loans to buy multi families for a buy and hold strategy.

Have a buddy who closed many deals including 242 units while deployed.Your local REIA will be a source of the contracts and paperwork.Have a buddy who walks a targeted neighborhood door knocking on doors speaking to residents on behalf of the local politician.

So if you have a property in your SDIRA/401k you can't just get your buddy to manage it, unless he happens to have an RE license.
