It took forever but in fairness to ourselves, we did also buy and renovate two duplexes (cash out refi'd one of the two so far), drove to FL to pack and move my mom back to OH, went to CA for a wedding, camped in Maine for two weeks, trudged through the holidays, and...suffice it to say, we weren't idle.

I was quoted 4.6% (25%/30yr) on Wed for the rental I'm purchasing.  

Actually this house would make a good bed and breakfast or wedding chapel for the weird and unusual crowd. look at the Winchester House in San Jose Ca.

The riverwards meeting is the 3rd Weds of the Month at the Front Street Café. 6:30-8:30pm.

Wed do plan to stay in this house another 10 years or more at this point.

We are having our 2nd BP meeting here in Orlando Wed Oct 26th at 6:30 PM.

They are the last Weds. of every month at the Colleyville Center on Riverwalk at 7pm.  

That was just the start to the mess that would become my nightmare of all nighters leading up to thanksgiving and that Friday when the homeowner was hosting his brother's wedding brunch for the groomsmen.
