Cleveland RNC visitors before & after: They didn't want to come, now can't wait to return (photos).If you have or had a bad impression of Cleveland then it drastically changed by visiting the city or hearing a great story from a friend, I would love to hear about it.Please feel free to respond below or message me directly. 

Any good sites to visit or books you guys would recommend?

One is not allowed to work on a F1 student visa unless it is very limited at the university itself.Look into this and make sure your dad does not sign a document saying he will pay if she gets any kind of support from the US government.I would talk to her and tell her privately that if she does not move out by next week and leave your dad alone that immigration is going to get a call about her breaking the terms of her visitor visa, which will get her deported and black listed for years.

It don't work, so, they all started to Buy up all the houses from downtown, South to the Base and build MacMansions with no Visitor parking, on narrow streets and infrastructure from a hundred years ago.

If you figure on something between 1-5% conversion rate for most stuff - store visitors to buyers, website visitors to customers, etc - you're actually getting a pretty good response. 5% of 230 is 11 or so. 

Making sure place is cleaned, keeping visitor experience at 10 stars so they come back, getting the visitors in the first place, making sure everything is safe, neighbors are happy, county is happy(depending on vacation rental rules)  (thats an important side note. 

@Samson Kimani Do you currently have a home buyer website, if so, are there any visitors? 

Bought a small house in (2014), got approval from the City Of Austin to place it on my lot (2016) and now in the process of hooking the house to utilities that will serve as an (ADU), employee quarters or vacation house for visitors.

@Sara Abernethy Derry township does not allow AirBNB or transient visitor rentals in single family homes.  

There was also drama with the neighbors because he was hogging the shared visitor parking space that's between our rental and the next door neighbor.I think I need to set some expectations and rules about when and how to contact us.
