It is glue down thick vinly/rubberized plank flooring that is very easy to install and almost indestructible. 

Just be sure to get a bill of sale listing all of the car info including the vin number.

You can set up a business account by first registering for an EIN (employer's identification number) through the IRS.

Your credit matters much less to hard money lender, as opposed to a more standard bank loan.Likely the only way to get a private lender up to 90% on LTV is to secure the loan to other assets, so the "V" in LTV is based on not just the subject property, but the subject property and something else of substantial value (like another property perhaps).

I've done this a few times and I'm sure I'm getting the 'real warranty' - I take it in the next time to my dealer - they look up my VIN and it shows the full extension.This cuts out any payment BS right away.
