Well It Did not work and i will speak my truth about him and the nuisance tenants that are harassing me beating and stomping, throwing things down on my patio, food, trash,some sort of liquid, paper, glitter, toys.

@Filipe Pereira I am planning to involve the community I want to farm with social projects, for example, clothe for the homeless and toy drives for orphanages.

If yes or close to yes on both accounts, then by all means go with him (if the price hasn't gone up since he bought!)

I have been toying with this idea for quite sometime now instead of replacing entire mortgage why not replace half of your mortgage with a HELOC and another half with a traditional mortgage that way it will be best of both the worlds given the conventional mortgages are so low.i am Interested to hear the views of experienced BP membersThanks Peter
