Thats a personal decision between a person and his/her doctor at the least and others have religious reasons to abstain as well. 

It was something that when they were young didn't have a lot to get by but they religiously put a bit more in (kids in college certainly made it difficult).  

And I'll be totally honest..... many people looked at me like I'm a idiot and litterly say "I don't read books" So based off experience, and A VERY famous book I read and that I believe in (not to get religious)There's a book, chapter, and verse within it that namedHosea (4:1) And just to quote a small part of it"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge."

Work for two years, save religiously, build your credit, limit unnecessary debt, and house hack your first deal. 

Yeah I'm religious about responding to any email/phone call I get, so thats not really an issue.

If your tenant cannot afford that price, they're in for a real awakening when they go into the market to get a new rental. 

I hope she doesnt suffer the rude awakening of carrying a half million nut while depending on people trying every way to not pay their rent to cover it.

This is absolutely BS because I am a cook and I used the stove religiously and it is only 4 years old!
