I am preparing for the next deal investment property. single family home and\or dupl
Hi bigger pockets community, and David green and Rob. I am working and preparing to re-continue my real estate investment journey with a little more knowledge after reading few real state books this time. I am a recently got approved for a HELOC and I started looking to find those properties with cash flow or enough money to cover the payment of the HELOC money used for the next investment deal. I am currently looking in Cleveland and Memphis states however, in order for me to make sense and to make those numbers to work on my benefit to cover the expenses of the HELOC payment that I will have after the next deal property investment. I also want to get into commercial real estate perhaps to buy a duplex\triplex\4plex which ever works better to cover those HELOC PAYMENTS. I am getting to explore the decent areas to avoid any bad experiences with tenancy. I'd like to know what recommendation would you give for me and the experiences with HELOC transactions like the one I would like to move on, and what are your experiences with your single home and\or your apartment complex 2plex; -3plex; -4plex that you all have bought and if you have any recommendations advises you have for me, to make my move and continue to find the next investment that have the numbers that will work for me. To all biggerpockets community I want to say BIG THANK YOU for taking your time on answering and providing your feedback for me. I know that this is the year for all of us and for me to move on the next investment the right way, since the first investment was not so great for me. so once again biggerpockets community thank you so much for your time and helping on all your advises and recommendations. see you all in the bigger pockets podcast :)
