With Laundromats the the machines are your money maker (I know duh, but hang with me). 

This money would change my life but i have a hard time believing this.

Real estate is easy to get into, but hard to earn a living. 87% of all agents quit within two years because they don't make enough money.

So sad to hear that all the time and money you or your clients invested and the trust you had for Delta Build were lost, in addition to the lost opportunity to otherwise make money.

The PM company doesn't really do anything with the 1099s since the rent money doesn't belong to the PM.  

My current situation is that I always flip with other people’s money.

Training bizz is a HUGE money bizz..

So I get 4-6X rent for not much more money.
