Give your official notice you are leaving in writing to the landlord if your landlord tenant act says it must be by mail pay attention to that too and do it in adequate time as specified in the lease if you don't do the notice per the local requirements you can wind up with a loophole that puts you on the hook for a bit longer so that is something you can do right away.

However you want.I suggest you ask for a copy of the title insurance, and if he/she tell you they don;t have it, start negotiating them paying for some or all of it.

Based on operations the past few years this is probably a touch high on average, but certainly not out of line.Regarding landscaping, of course the consequences of inadequate upkeep are a bit less severe than they are for snow removal.

So the interest rate might be higher, or it might be a 15 or 20 year loan (which makes your payment higher), or it might be an adjustable rate....or all 3 of those!
