We got a call from a desperate seller with a beautiful home on the river in Hanover Indiana.

However, when doing a live in flip for a property that desperately needs the carpets torn out, should you do the floors first?

Or is it pretty much a desperate attempt by the developer to get SOMETHING in there?

What I don’t understand is if we are going to allow bigger pocket bullies and negativity then why are we not allowed to connect and offer service that is so desperately needed on this environment??
