It leaves a bad taste with me that this bank is doing business with me like this but do all banks do business like this?

The first one, has many decisions that don't play in the second one, and vice versa such as taste, family needs, area, schools etc.

It doesn't have to be overly expensive (chandelier, fawcett, wine rack or cooler, etc) - but sometthing that will appeal to a buyer with champagne tastes and a beer budget.

Seems a bit alarmist for my taste, but everyone thinks differently.

Trying to match the tiles later will be a total "female canine" if you know what I mean.You can probably get away with tiling every room, but stick to a neutral and tasteful product.

I see it as limiting your amount of people interested greatly, then probablly never seeing that stuff again, If they can afford the insane deposit youd probablly want to charge, they'd probablly rather buy there own stuff, that fits there taste.

There is enough pie for everyone... and it tastes much better if it is made with honesty!
