Tile in every room?
I'm about to start rehabbing a duplex that will be used for Section 8 tenants.
Is Tile the most durable kind of flooring? Is it way too tacky to put it in every room?
Also, each side of the duplex has upstairs and downstairs. If i put tile in every room, how would that work with the stairs? wouldn't i need to put carpet on the stairs or is there a way to cover the stairs with tile as well?
