Go to a casino and see if you can do it in one night.

(Think art show, craft shows, home shows.) some soldiered on but many can’t afford casino or convention center prices.

I made $19K on the deal and the dad was thrilled that he got rid of a headache.   

I could be wrong though, I can see rapid steelers fans doing a lot of bookings.There is a developing area within walking distance of stadiums, casino and major hospital and museums, but half are rehabbed and half are rough.any insight would be helpful!  

It is home to two casinos, Electric Boat, a Navy Sub Base, and a National Guard Base, so the potential for future renters is promising.

I've only had one tenant out of 9 that I manage in the area that had to make a partial payment only because she and her husband both work at a casino which is closed.

I would negotiate terms to allow access.. and if they are serious about moving out, they should be thrilled to accommodate viewings at reasonable hours.I hope this helps.Best,Barry
