I guess the thing is I have the time and don't have plans to purchase more rentals to remodel and I'm paying her a good chunk just to collect money and handle maintenance calls which intake anyway in the end.

The salesman assures me that the vents are for air intake only and the unit can go flush - that if I open up the wall there will be sufficient air intake from the air between the studs - but of course he'd say that; he's trying to sell me the unit.Comments?

Like I said we've already had multiple estimates given to us so we have a good idea of what it will take to bring it back to life, but the lien wasn't something I had originally figured in. Taking
