In just the past month, I have looked at two 30-35 year old buildings which are cheap, stick-built, minimum code, buildings which appear as though they were designed to be discarded after 30 - 50 years service {a very Japanese approach to building}.

Sorry to scare you but you probably want to call your bank, CC companies, PayPal, etc. and have your access refreshed with new passwords and even account numbers.

i took a live class and passed the licensing exam a couple years back. since then, i've let my license expire and need to do the entire class over again. i really don't want to take off work and spend a week losing money again so i've been considering an online class to refresh my memory since i passed pretty easily.

As I get a little older and as my positions in these various companies grow and I see a bigger return on my money, having truly passive income from a different vehicle is a very nice refreshing change.to each their own.best regards,Chris
