It does not have wires (owner started rewiring but never finished), no electrical panels, plumbing damages, oil tank leak (potential soil contamination), and leak in gas pipe, AC has problem as well.

But at no point would the dryer be damaged by the lack of amps, if anything; actually, their dryer was causing the problem as it was pulling too many amps above what the wiring and breaker could handle.
