Reminds me of a TV "minister" who went to prison, he's out, got a different wife that doesn't have tattooed eyebrows, he's back on TV south of Branson pitching his same old stuff.

If you are laser focused  you can get much farther down a specific path then walking back and forth and get a little ways down a lot of paths.All the best.

I have massive experience in this industry; If there is a way to get screwed, glued or tattooed in real estate, I have seen it all, I have been done in by the best (and sad to say, the worst) of this industry.

Deals are hard enough to get to closing when the buyers are laser focused and fully committed to the process.For instance as an analysis if a buyer wants to buy a 60 unit for 20k a door I know that is 1,200,000 sales price and 36,000 in commission at 3%.

Trying to get a little more laser focused on that end and just wholesale for now.

I want to make sure our business plan (it's pretty rough right now) is buttoned up so we go in with laser focus. 

People make judgments on looks....whether is it someone full of tattoos, someone with a ponytail, a beat up looking car, or a house needing paint.
