I agree, it ain't easy in the beginning if you don't have a habit of doing it ... but it gets easier as you build it as a habit and can be liberating to not have to get a financial cushion to not have to worry so much paycheck to paycheck and rid yourself of all the extra materialistic crap you don't need to focus on the stuff that is really important.
