I only ask because I seem to be getting buyers interested in houses in one particular area more than others and this area has a major interstate going through it with billboards on both sides all the way down.

My friend has some valuable land right off the interstate in MN.

So it is not being rented.I tried selling it but the realtors inform their clients of my purchase price and I get stupid low offers of half the appraised value.I bought it with the intentions of renting it out and waiting 10-12 years for the area to respond to the new interstate 1/2 mile away.

Even though I really liked the location.Little bit further away from the interstate exits I found another duplex I really liked.

But then decided to just pay my loan off (as it was on the higher end of my interst rates and I could get rid of the complexity of having the wrap in the back of my mind).
