I advertised for a 3 BR apt in December, 2019 and had 16 inquiries in 3 days. 6 days ago I put a similar advertisement in for another 3 BR apt and have not gotten 1 inquiry.

Only one person but as an active investor who regularly surfs Zillow for background and occasional inquiries I can tell you the only call I ever make are to the listing agent.

We go the most inquiries from GB Marketplace but the pickings were slim and Ended up having to Offer half  off 1st months rent to get some call activity.

Well out of the hundreds of tenants we've had, we admittedly never had this inquiry before.

I have some inquiries from people on social assistance who indicate they can afford the rent.

In the very first section of Utah's terrific Buyer Due Diligence Checklist it states "Buyer is also advised to make inquiry at the local building department to determine if building permits and final inspections were obtained for any remodel work at the Property, if applicable."

This is a tricky time to purchase but there are some benefits - i.e. low interest rates, properties sitting on the market due to COVID, and anticipated high rental demand since FHA has tightened up lending requirements.We haven't seen much of a decline in rental inquiries for the apartments we are listing.

Ironically enough, this is about the 3rd inquiry recently I've had lately about people selling land with dead people in it.
