Yes, there is a ton of data out there clearly saying Realtors get more, and honestly it shouldn't be a surprise because we simply have more resources, more experience with those resources, more connections, huge network day 1 and on and on.

You also have to deal with a bunch of tire-kickers who just waste your time.The rest are only worth advertising on via syndication as not really enough traffic to justify resources to manually add.Of course, this is for our Metro Detroit market, each market may vary somewhat.

Full disclosure, I have not taken either course but listen to Carson's podcast and used Jennifer's deal finder resource and follow her Facebook page for real estate investors) for better training that will not drain you of all your seed money.

To my knowledge there isn’t a BP page for Columbus overall; you need to do your own research or use the resources of motivated investor-friendly realtors like ReafCo.
