There are a few that I would highlight: the "Real Estate Rookie" and the "BiggerPockets Real Estate" Podcasts, "Set for Life" by Scott Trench, and "How to Invest in Real Estate" by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner.There are obviously hundreds of more sources that I could recommend, but these are a couple of great ways to get your toes wet, diving in further where you see fit.

I also provide them with a folder with the agreement of sale (at least the page with the sales price) and copies of comparable sales with key data points highlighted such as price, date sold, sqft, etc.

.- writing a personal letter to the seller highlighting your personal story, interest in the property, love of the neighborhood, etc... to my knowledge, this has not been proven to be effective.Best of luck to you on the offer!

I could imagine the seller might be weary of the buyer suggesting, "hey, you should use my agent".What, if any, differences are worth highlighting between the MLS and off-market ownership transfer process?
