Football, professional and amateur hockey keep those properties busy during the weekends.

I've been to a few football games down there at the old stadium, hoping to get to the new one sometime soon, it looks amazing!

Football season you'd get people for home games and you'd likely be able to attract families visiting students but again I don't think it's that often.If you want vacation rentals look at Branson, Lake of the Ozarks, and Eureka Springs.

Throw a dart We have tech companies, two pro football teams, a huge stadium mega dev going up, more talk about the south LA area (think around the Forum) and the purple line going in and more planned over the next 7-8 years, and we will host the Olympics in 2028.
