Fireplace looks ok but the wall needs more decor to picture frame it. 

I imagine shooting a 360° video walkthrough and then handing it off to her to edit and add descriptions to certain items (ex: "Fireplace includes gas insert installed in 2014" in characters that appear to be resting on the mantle).

You also have to consider gas lines and how they are run such as to fireplaces or stoves etc.

Hi Everyone -I am in the middle of my first flip and I am trying to determine what to do with the fireplace area - if getting an electric fireplace is worth the investmentRight now, it is a non-functioning wood burning fire place.  

As you walk in thru the front door there is a wall that separates the kitchen and living room- it has those cut outs in it for an old style TV- I'd like to put a gas fireplace there.
