Like many MTR hosts, I feel like it's a big risk to list my properties on Airbnb for longer stays.

I've hated many of my tenants in my career.Given your negative feelings on the tenant I think you will feel better looking at this another way.

It also feels like a little bit of analysis paralysis on your side... lots and lots of reading.  

So, the total base move-in costs would be $2500, all paid prior to lease signing.Since choosing a place to live is a very personal decision, please feel free to do a “drive by” of the property, located at 123 Main St., so you can get a feel for the neighborhood.

@MIchael McCUe   I get it, it feels like an incredible weight that you could easily lift with bankruptcy.

At this point, I simply want to move on and feel the exit interview is a final attempt to have me sign things that I don't agree to.

They may also feel obligated after this gesture to try and make rent on time even going through a hard time.  

I would much rather deal with someone like him who knows what they are doing and speaks the truth rather than someone who spews out a bunch of feel good crap just to get your money then disappears..

Lending terms will be important here.I'd say the biggest challenge thus far is making sure I feel comfortable managing this remotely, as it's located about ~150 miles east of Dallas.
