A good source of help for setting up your business is also an organization called SCORE, which is made up of retired executives giving their time for FREE to help you, the budding entrepreneur.

It is awful for me to loose that much money, but I was stupid to follow advice from 30 year old successful entrepreneurs that think nothing of loosing $10,000.

Do you think successful RE entrepreneurs need to chase small time investors money, mentor newbies and write books about their winning strategies in an already over competitive / saturated market?

Honestly as an Entrepreneur/Real Estate Investor myself I've learned to delegate my duties and save time rather than have to deal with the renting of my properties.

If you fail to do that before taking investors money or think you have a way around it and you lose somebody's money it is likely you'll be put in jail for it.On Shark Tank entrepreneurs are selling ownership shares in their businesses not realty syndications.
