Pictures - There should be an extensive gallery of photos, in HD, and not taken on a cell phone.

It also protects you a bit because if something goes wrong, you don't have all your eggs in one basket.

This is a great way to build your retirement nest egg, but you cannot benefit from any cash returns immediately from those investments.

You could very easily fall flat in that business just like any other business bar, restaurant, cell phone sales, IT etc...

That being said, its probably not a basket you want to put all your eggs in but if something comes up that you know is a deal and you know you have a buyer then I say go for it, everyone wins.

You are spot on about being consistent - called on Friday and they said they were on board, so we mailed him a P&S (he doesn't have internet/email/cell phone) and emailed one to the spouse. 

I can't believe people do business like that and I couldn't imagine doing that myself.However you look in any industry there are tons of bad eggs.

We're actually just building our nest egg currently so we can invest heavy in our localized Richmond area once prices finally come down a bit.
