New BP member here.

Hypothetical situation: you have a list of buyers. You can’t find any deals from prospecting. One of your personal wholesaling connections sends a deal they have under contract. You don’t want to invest but one of your investors/buyers in your Rolodex shows interest. I reassign the already reassigned contract and take a cut of the wholesalers profit for finding the buyer - assuming the agree (joint venture agreement, or something similar). What am I missing here? Poke holes in this for me
