Haha that's the $1B question almost every real estate investor asks... if there was a secret website like Zillow for investors then it wouldn't make much sense since every investors would be able to access it and bid up the prices. 

I discovered though that Markel *will* write a personal umbrella over a commercial STR policy (plus your personal auto + homeowners). 

I've made it no secret that I think 99% of sub-to deals are immoral at best and in some cases downright mortgage fraud.

It sounds like you've made it better and I would like to give it a try but after discovering your past defective products, and you not responding to anyone on here just makes me loose trust in what you say about your product, and if it can really deliver what you so excitingly said it does.I am NOT going to buy your product.
