Well during my initial posts I stated pretty much the same as mentioned above but after much research and deliberation I have decided that I would like to focus my market on MF and Apartments.

Hi Nick,I can't claim to have many answers for you but I can bring up some details that may be important factors to include in your deliberations.

This is completely out of line that someone is deliberately trying to tarnish our sterling reputation.  

Also some landlords will deliberately create unsafe conditions so the building can be condemned.

Seems to me that the purchase price has been calculated deliberately to pass the "1% Rule".ie.

The fact is that the tenants deliberately set out on a campaign to lie to, and deceive me and my wife.

CLVU hireda deliberately biased inspector,who cited oodles of code violations, many trumped up, like "faulty wiring" and "loose windows."
