A young, strong, bright, reliable guy with the belly to do this, whose paycheck I sign, whose health insurance I pay, whose family I take care of, who calls me with any questions he has, whom I can mentor into being able to take over my portfolio and expand on it in 5 to 10 years.

@Matthew Terry you might consider the VR biz if you want to juice the returns on your capital.

Hey @Leonard Bell, I like your plan but as you said, you are stuck. 

This is due to the number of equity people have in their homes and the number of buyers on the market (juiced by low-interest rates).  

I did have one sewer line that had a belly and that sub came back and fixed.common things found.1. paint of course..  2. we are all crawl space  so debri in crawl and sometimes the HVAC gets loose and is laying on the ground3. some minor issue with the roofing.4. rare but happens something with electrical or plumbing. 5. scratchs in the floor6.

For the "juice" of it all, so they can be seen by ____ voter base in a certain light.
