Thats a bank account that you can add access persons, they input payments for day/week BUT before bank issues payment it send you an email of the payments, you log in, review all, and authorize individually or per batch.

We use Propstream all the time, it's great for quick comps and skip tracing a few leads (I like Batch Leads better for big lists), and we have built a CRM system in Salesforce through Left Main - but have found that for building lists / sending mailers and skip tracing, all of that can be done in Deal Machine.
