Podio vs Propstream vs others

HELLO! I started using propstream its great and fast for finding properties and mailing address of owners is readily available (fast for putting together a list for direct mail). I love it, however Podio allows me to add them to my system and keep track of the step- for example-- 123 main street- I mailed them on 1/12 then mailed them again on 2/12 then called them on the 2/27 etc. I like being able to keep track of the properties. However I also found Podio very slow- i'd have to reload the page a lot. Is there a way to connect these two or is there another system that has both the properties i am looking for? What do you use?

We've used propstream quite a bit, Invelo is also very good. Freedomesoft is another great and very complete one. It all depends on what you are looking for but this resource: https://everyreitool.com/categ... has all the options for real estate investors and professionals. You can find the various CRMs, lead gen tools, mailers, etc all purpose-built for investors.
