Probate Follow-up Letters

Hi,

I've been doing a probate direct mail marketing campaign with some success for the last few months in my area. Just beginning to follow-up with subsequent mail pieces to those who did not respond to the first mailing. Does anyone have, or know where I might obtain, letter templates for subsequent mailings?

Thanks,

Luke

The question borders on annoying. WRITE YOUR OWN COPY!

To think that you will get a letter template that will pull is like the proverbial treasure map.

For starters, search Dan Kennedy for copywriting or buy a "magnetic marketing" book or course so that you understand how to construct a letter, the pain points to hit and how to build an ongoing campaign with multiple touches.

I'd hate to see you waste your time and money on an off-the-shelf generic letter that someone tell you will work. I've been a probate administrator 16 times and trustee over 50 times and get some really crappy mail pieces. I gave no idea why people send out junk when they stand head above their competitors with better marketing.
