I wouldn't worry too much about building structure (although brick townhome buildings are very attractive), I would instead focus on overall quality of the building and the results of the inspection report findings.Property taxes in Columbus are around 2% for 1-3 units and 2.7% off auditor assessed value for 4+ units.Happy to assist!

Depending on what criteria you are using, you can pull lists for free on government websites like the local auditor/appraisal site.

The MLS shows that the property is not in the flood zone, however the County Auditor site show that it comes up to the stoop of the dwelling.

@Ryan Fitzhugh seems like a lot of work...I personally know our auditor records on individuals are not very accurate...there is an extra layer or two needed to verify the information.But, the more data you can collect to fine tune your approach, the better off you will beBest of luck

If the auditor or QC looks at a few of your files and can identify a pattern it could bring you or your practice under question.
