import.io if you are not interested in getting into any type of development or too techy. Can be very limited. 

Webscraper.io great tool and doesn't require programing, just tech savyness and a willing to learn. Very flexable but yet has limitations as well. 

Lastly using the Selenium library with a programing language like Java. VIrtually no limitations but requires programing knowledge and a lot of time. 

If the first two don't work and you don't have programing experience hire someone off of upwork. But always be careful there and outline your requirements very clearly. Hire someone with a lot of good reviews.
