I have a couple of properties I have acquired since joining BP in 2017.  

I've recently started a small business, Alpine Property Rentals LLC, focusing on wholesaling and acquiring single-family homes for rental purposes.

They sold a property as part of a 1031X and are acquiring a Triple NNN occupied industrial property. 

This particular deal was acquired for $215k with hard money and I came in for $45k. 

Recently acquired leads through direct marketing on beachfront  and ocean view lots both on St Thomas and St Croix.

Purchase price: $115,000 Sale price: $143,000 Contributors: Peter Vekselman Partner Driven, in collaboration with Jamari Spruell, acquired a property on Sleepy Hollow Ln in Jonesboro, GA, for $115,000 on 3/25/2022.
