@Tyler Brady, I don't think your accountant is taking a broad enough view here. 

I only drive on the interstate when I can use my peach pass or you will sit in traffic for hours barely moving.Lots of CA and NY buyers moving away from political views and government changes they do not believe in.

RR has some very nice product .. however one just needs to look at any real estate venture with the same due diligence you would buying a home to live in.home inspection verify neighborhoods etc.My personal Experience with Zach the owner has proven over time he is very diligent in making sure his product and staff are on top of his clients investments.. that all said its still real estate so keep that in mind as well. but as for integrity Zach has it from my point of view.

But as a first-time buyer, there are so many things in the process I am just not familiar with, including how to structure the offer, being able to view listings on Costar, doing due diligence, etc.

I also know a guy who takes the broad view that Thailand is played out, like the Memphis of Asia, and he's on the ground in Cambodia and Myanmar buying up land and setting up teams. 

I have to think though a lot of your deals dont or wont close because of what is found out when a  buyer actually views the property.. and then we get into what do you tell the seller about who is coming through the home  your partner ??

However, that just furthers my view that the numbers work and I think it's a good deal. 

I view mortgage payments as a "savings."
