There are no inventory in Vegas, just about everything that comes up for under $120K, SFR comes on the MLS already under contract to a cash buyer that I'm sure the realtor already lined up ahead of time.A lot of realtors to listing it really low, like 70% of market value, but I heard the banks will counter back to market value.

But a lot of people are going to Houston now, and some still in Atlanta - and Phoenix and Vegas, although I hear less about the latter 2 now..

I recently attended a seminar in Las Vegas hosted by Joel Block.

Well that lasted about three months but what I did gain from that is that I was viewing properties that we're being flipped in preparing my bpo'sI soon went to a seminar by Armondo and would not pay the $40,000 for his seminar in Vegas, but I did learn a bit more about this great business.

This deal involves a Famous Las Vegas Strip Club and a Gun range on 163 acres among many other things.

I heard he lives in Vegas now.
